Starting in March, we will introduce the SPRING iteration of our Seasonal Blend. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders. While the overall profile will remain consistent, some details may change. We will share updated information as it becomes available.

• Profile: deep sweetness, smooth nuttiness, red currant acidity, and a balanced body

• Components: 60% Brazil + 40% Ethiopia

Our 2026 Spring Seasonal Blend harmoniously highlights two coffees from Brazil and Ethiopia. 

The Brazil Natural is the main component of this blend, giving us rich chocolate and Okinawa black sugar sweetness balanced with the nuttiness and smooth mouthfeel of cashew butter. The Ethiopia Natural component rounds out the cup with its red currant-like tartness and bright fruit acidity to compliment the sweet profile of this blend.
