Our 2025 Summer Seasonal Blend harmoniously highlights three coffees from Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Ethiopia. Our roasting team wanted to design a blend with high sweetness, vibrant stone fruit acidity, and a full body for our summer edition. Using these three origins with a light/nordic style roasting approach, we were able to achieve a balanced cup that accentuates the best of each coffee.

The Costa Rica Herbazu is the main component of this blend, giving us a pleasant balance between stone fruit acidity and milk chocolate sweetness with rich body. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe accentuates the fruity brightness, and our Guatemala Huehuetenango balances the blend with its high sweetness and velvety texture. 

The resulting cup experience presents pronounced stone fruit notes, complemented by smooth, rich chocolate ganache, and a maple syrup-like sweetness, for a well-balanced profile.
