Our 2026 Winter Seasonal Blend harmoniously highlights two coffees from Guatemala and Ethiopia. Our roasting team wanted to design a blend with a crisp sweetness, lingering citric aftertaste, and a smooth body - embodying the clarity of a new year.
The Guatemala Jauja is the main component of this blend, giving us smooth milk chocolate balanced with an undertone of molasses. The Ethiopia Guji component rounds out the cup with its pear-like crispness and navel orange acidity that keeps the notes lingering on your palate.
