What can I expect from the Loquat subscription?

Each month, you'll receive one bag (250g - 1kg) of either “QUAT” blend or Roaster’s Choice Single Origin coffee from our Loquat roaster.
Your coffee will be roasted and shipped out in the last week of each month.
You may pause/cancel your subscription anytime.

Additionally, we also include a complimentary 20g pack of whole beans for all of our subscribers.

When will my subscription be shipped?

Your coffee will be mostly shipped out the first week of every month unless there are logistic difficulties.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail for the shipment.

Example:

  • January 1st - 31th: Join the Loquat subscription
  • First week of February: shipping of your order

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can freely cancel, pause, or resume your subscription anytime.

Can I order retail items from this subscription page?

If you would like to order some merchandise, or retail coffee, please go to Loquat Website (https://www.loquatcoffee.com/).

To provide a better subscription management experience, we’ve created a separate Loquat Coffee subscription page, independent from our main e-commerce site.

As a result, customers will need to create a separate account for their Loquat subscription using their email.

We’re actively working on making the process more convenient and improving the overall customer experience.

How fresh are the beans that are delivered?

Loquat Coffee takes pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee beans to our subscription members.

Each month, we roast our beans during the last week and ship them the following week.

As a result, customers receive beans that are 2 weeks fresh from the roast when included in their subscription box.

How can I update my subscription address?

Please go to you subscription account and update your address.

How can I change my subscription plan?

First, cancel your current subscription plan, and then re-sign up for the new subscription plan.

To manage your subscription, please log into our website and go to 'My Account' >> 'Subscriptions' >> 'Manage.'

Do you ship subscriptions internationally?

We are currently not offering international shipping.
