How does the Loquat subscription work?

1. Create an account on the Loquat Coffee subscription page

2. Choose your preferred coffee beans and plan

3. We roast and pack subscriptions in the last week of each month

4. Orders ship out during the first week of the following month

Example:

  • January 1st - 31th: Join the Loquat subscription & finish payment
  • First week of February: shipping of your order

What should I subscribe to?

We are currently offering two monthly subscription plans.

  • Essential Single Origin - discover a new coffee each month, curated by our roaster
  • Prestige Single Origin - highlights farms that are unique in origin or variety. It features varieties such as Geisha and Typica, along with diverse processing methods.
  • Superior Single Origin - features premium varieties such as Geisha and Pacamara, processed with greater precision.
  • Deluxe Single Origin - represents the highest tier of specialty coffee, carefully curated from rare lots centered around the Geisha variety from Panama and beyond.

Additionally, we also include a complimentary 20g pack of whole beans for all of our subscribers.

Can I order retail items from this subscription page?

If you would like to order merchandise, or retail coffee, please go to Loquat Coffee Website (https://www.loquatcoffee.com/).

To provide a better subscription management experience, we’ve created a separate Loquat Coffee subscription page, independent from our main e-commerce site.

As a result, customers will need to create a separate account for their Loquat subscription using their email.

We’re actively working on making the process more convenient and improving the overall customer experience.
